On a trip through Long Island, NY, I had the opportunity to meet the folks at Pine Aire Truck Service. I currently own a successful truck repair shop in Illinois, but even I was blown away by their professionalism and productivity. The way the Service Adviser take care of customers is top notch and the flow of units through their shop was as smooth as I’ve seen.
As a customer at the time, I was impressed how they kept me informed throughout the process and offered choices to what I wanted fixed and how they were going fix it. Not many shops care for the customer and vehicle like they do. I am impressed with Mr. Bloom and how he has trained his staff. They go above and beyond.
